Qualifications
Ken is a co-founder of the Company, which was set up to improve the hospital briefing process and related issues, such as equipment procurement, by means of information technology solutions.
Much of Ken’s time is devoted to developing the organisation’s strategy and business processes. Ken successfully led the development and implementation stages of a Quality Management System, for the entire scope of the business, culminating in ISO 9001:2000 certification in September 2002. |
