Wave PFI projects ... During the First Wave of PFI, we assisted
our consortia to achieve Preferred Bidder stage on six projects,
which represented a success rate of 55%. Subsequently, some
of the bidders that had reached Preferred Bidder stage were
stood-down by the major acute scheme prioritisation in June
'97 or due to affordability issues. |
