A £47m dermatology, endocrinology and metabolism unit combining outpatient clinical services with education and research labs.
Reshaping Health Services, Southern Derbyshire PFI bid to BAFO 2000 – 2002
A £336m phased redevelopment of the Derby City site incorporating the DRI in a new 1,159 bed hospital with a full range of medical, surgical, oncology, rehab & women’s services.
Belfast City Hospital Cancer Centre PFI bid to FITN

A £60m cancer centre incorporating oncology and haematology beds, theatres, treatment planning, linear accelerators and support.
