Cleator Moor Community Health Centre eLIFT

2010

A £4m new build community health centre, one of the first express LIFTs, providing primary care, community dental, nursing, PCT services, community team base and pharmacy.

Coventry City Centre LIFT

2008 – 2010

A £20m new build community health centre providing accommodation for 5 GP practices, an equitable access GP and out of hours unit, PCT community and outpatient services.

Barnet, Enfield and Haringey LIFT

2009

Activity analysis for due diligence on the £25m redevelopment of Finchley Memorial Hospital to provide a new build community health centre.

Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry LIFT

2009

A £10m joint PCT and YMCA development of a new build community health centre with primary care and PCT services, pharmacy, and community enterprise and recreational facilities.

Manchester, Salford and Trafford LIFT

2003 – 2005

A £30m scheme providing 5 primary care and health and social care centres in Manchester, Salford and Trafford.

Tees Valley and South Durham NHS LIFT

2003 – 2005

A £90m scheme providing Lawson Street Healthcare, Richardson Hospital and Owton /Rossmere Resource Centre

Bradford and Airedale NHS LIFT

2003 – 2004

A £50m scheme providing Manningham Locality Hub, Haworth Primary Care Unit and Low Moor Enhanced Primary Care Centre
