A £6m neonatal unit developed in a fully occupied existing multi storey block, providing a 26 cot intensive care unit, a 14 cot special care baby unit and supporting accommodation.

A £1m refurbished CAMHs learning disabilities unit of 10 beds in an existing building providing a user centred environment for young people, including access to education and therapies.
2008 – 2010
A £10m new build 45 bed low secure mental health unit delivering a progressive range of services from engagement to increased independence, and office accommodation.
2007 - 2008
An £18m new build acute mental health unit providing two 18 bed acute wards, an 8 bed PICU, a S136 unit, as well as extensive therapy and group activity facilities.
2008
A £6m new build 28 bed older people’s mental health unit for organic and functional care, a day hospital and supporting accommodation.

A £16m new build acute mental health unit of two 10 bed units, a 5 bed enhanced care unit with S136 unit, therapy/activity suite, cafe and offices, plus S106 sports changing facility.
2005
A £27m 20 bed new build medium secure unit with assessment /treatment and continuing care units supported by a therapy /education area.
2004 – 2005
A £27m development of an 89 bed medium secure unit at Bethlem Hospital, and 24 bed medium secure unit at Lambeth Hospital.
